the staff provided an early check-in. the communication beforehand was great. i received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. the location is near the u-bahn station at stephansplatz, also there are many eateries nearby.
the air conditioning was not turned on .

the room featured a free safe and a lovely bath. it was located on the seventh floor. the room was recently renovated and ideal for my needs, so I was very comfortable.

the hotel has easy access to stephansplatz. hofburg palace is also very accessible. the underground is only a four-minute walk away. this allows easy access to many main attractions that are nearby.

i found the location good, near many bars and shops. it was also close to main attractions and the underground. the train ride from the airport was simple and the walk from wien mitte station took about 15 minutes. i thought this was value for money for hotels around.
my room needed some fixes considering what i paid. the carpet looked worn, and the furniture needed new paint. the two single beds joined to make a bigger bed were not even at all, one felt softer than the other.

the hotel is near kartner strasse. i found underground parking very close by.

staff helped with my luggage storage for a few days. i had a trip to budapest and hallstatt. i found the staff were always smiling. they were always ready to assist me in any way they could.

the rooms included tea and coffee making facilities. there was also a fridge and a safe inside my room. i noticed there was air conditioning too. the shower room had a radiator placed under the hand basin.

the location was great. i was near main shopping areas. public transport links are also very close. the room was good size.
the wi-fi connection was bad. it barely worked . the room became warm at night. i had to open the windows, and it got noisy.
